This month, we’ll focus on higher-intensity, shorter-duration workouts.
We’ll wrap up the last two workouts of the 2025 CrossFit Open.


Look forward to the benchmarks like Nancy, a 1-minute bike test, and Fran.


Plus, we'll go through unique approaches to heavy clean and jerk, shoulder-to-overhead, and back squat days.
